USER AGREEMENT / PUBLIC OFFER

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

This User Agreement is a public offer of Limited Liability Partnership "CIT ("SIT")" (BIN 220440014920, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", "we") and governs the use of the Telegram bot @QuantaShopRobot (the "Bot").

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides the User with services for the acquisition and delivery of digital content (Telegram Stars) and Telegram Premium subscriptions. The Bot does not sell TON cryptocurrency, does not buy Telegram Stars from users, does not exchange currencies, and does not conduct any other financial transactions not directly related to the sale of the specified digital products.

2. Ordering and Payment

All prices and internal balances are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Cryptomus.
The User agrees to provide the correct Telegram username of the recipient. The Contractor is not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly specified username.

3. Eligibility and Regional Restrictions

The service is not offered to users located in, resident in, or accessing the service from the Russian Federation or any other jurisdiction restricted by applicable law or the payment processor.
The User must be at least 18 years old and may be required to complete KYC/AML verification requested by Cryptomus or the Contractor.

4. Delivery of Goods

Digital goods are delivered in automatic or semi-automatic mode within 24 hours of successful payment.
If delivery is impossible (e.g., recipient's account is blocked), the funds are refunded to the User's internal balance within the Bot.
